Your staff and departments are set up in Pwoli. That becomes the single place we build your pay from.
Pay items per person
Pay items are configured per person: wages, allowances and deductions. New Zealand setup handles PAYE, KiwiSaver and ESCT. Australian setup produces the bank payment file and the figures for the BAS wages boxes.
Run pay, files produced
You run a pay run. Pwoli produces the payslips, the IRD Employment Information file and the files your accountant uses. You upload to IRD from there.
