AI Lead Scoring

AI CRM · Pwoli

Know which enquiry to answer first — before you've read it

Know which enquiry to answer first — before you've read it.

Built by the same Auckland engineering team that designs PCBs, embedded firmware and test-and-tag programmes.

The problem

Every enquiry looks the same in an inbox

A tyre-kicker and a buyer look identical

A tyre-kicker and a ready-to-buy customer arrive as two identical emails.

The best leads go cold

The best leads go cold while you work through the list top to bottom.

Gut feel walks out the door

"Gut feel" lives in one person's head and leaves with them.

How it works

Scored on arrival

Enquiry arrives

Enquiry arrives through any connected channel (form, chat, email, social).

AI reads it

Intent, urgency, fit with what you sell and the fields your industry pack cares about.

You see a ranked list

Hot leads at the top with the reason, and a drafted first reply.

Key features

What scoring looks at

Intent and urgency

Intent and urgency read from the message, not just a form dropdown.

Industry fit

A real-estate appraisal request, a trades job with an address, a new-patient enquiry each score on what matters to that industry.

Source-aware

Referral, chat, form and social enquiries are weighed differently, as set in your setup.

Explained, not a black box

Each score shows the reasons in plain words.

Feeds automation

Hot leads can trigger an immediate follow-up or booking offer (see AI Follow-ups).

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Can I change what counts as a hot lead?

Yes; tell us the rules and we adjust the scoring for your business.

Does scoring send anything on its own?

Only if we switch that on for you — scores can trigger follow-ups, but the default is a ranked list for you to act on.

Where does the score live?

On the contact record in the CRM, next to the enquiry and the drafted reply.

Stop reading enquiries in the order they arrived

Bring last month's enquiries — we'll show how they would have been ranked. We set it up, you run your business.
